The system is totally secure and provides unlimited access levels for the members of your staff and clients. You can post either high-resolution versions or low-resolution thumbnails for use on screen or with local desktop printers.

Once an image is uploaded, a thumbnail of the asset is automatically generated for fast browsing and to enable searching of your ads. It also allows you to attach meta-data to each asset. The meta-data fields are user definable, so that you can include comprehensive information about your asset or advertisement. Details, such as the job number, publication, size of the ad, copyright or special comments can all be included. You can search and instantly find the latest version of any image.
