Workflow Mapping Consulting
Proper storage of digital assets is typically only one part of a client’s overall need.
Often, our clients need to safely distribute assets to third parties, to watermark their assets and follow their usage, to approve content online or to allow third parties to generate their own content for local area marketing purposes.
These workflows, once automated and provided securely online, can lead to massive benefits in terms of time saving, accidental use of unlicensed images or other security breaches to list but a few.
However, the users, groups, permission sets all need to be configured and the various users provided access and training for their to be a sufficient return on the investment made.
We have our own methodology developed over many years of experience in deploying digital asset management systems. Our consultants lead efficient workshops with key stakeholders to document each workflow, the steps and the permissions for each.
Once complete, each workflow is documented for review by the client so that it can be verified before a DAM or online approvals system is deployed, be it an application that Digital Quay provides or otherwise.
This document provides an excellent basis for the software to be configured correctly and quickly by whomever is managing the configuration, be it your own nominated Administrator or a Digital Quay consultant.
