Workspace is OneVision’s database driven and brower based front end to visualise, automate and change processes in the prepress workflow allowing smart connection and interaction between operator and all installed Asuras in the production environment from any client in the network.

It’s possible to visualise, automate and change the prepress workflow online from any client in the network with a Workspace connection between opertor and all installed Asuras.

This browser based, remote monitoring front end features a job history with thumbnails, previews, and a detailed overview. Search and filter functions allow for streamlined information flow, and workflow processes can be customised to allow as much automation as possible while the operator maintains complete control. Processes can be individually assembled to a workflow via drag and drop. “To Do” items enable control over the activities of a defined operator, or even multiple operators. Each operator can have one of three types of clearly defined access rights – Monitor, Control or Admin – allowing the maximum of process optimisation and workflow security without losing flexibility.
