Our training consultants have extensive experience with the solutions we sell and implement.
In most cases, the consultant who manages the needs analysis and workflow mapping tasks will be the consultant who will be conducting the training.
Where change management risks have been identified, a methodology for mitigating those risks is carefully weaved into the training sessions conducted.
Training typically is provided for Administrator and Primary users of the system(s) being deployed, however training for end users can be provided.
All training sessions are tailored to meet the client needs and budget.
Our consultants are certified by the vendors who we represent. Often this necessitates that our consultants spend several weeks each year overseas to maintain product knowledge and to be tested.
